Help the police ID this guy rummaging through a golf cart in Englewood

Don’t Be Suspicious (cue TIkTok sound)
We are trying to identify this individual shown on camera early Saturday morning rummaging through a golf cart that does not belong to him.
That same night, in the same mobile home park in Englewood, a golf cart was stolen and two vehicles were burglarized. Now, we aren’t sayin’ he did it… but, it sure looks suspicious.
