MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT- Richard (Dick) Caldwell
Richard (Dick) Caldwell was last seen at his residence on Cortland Ave at approximately 12:30 this afternoon. He was last seen wearing blue jean shorts, a white T-shirt, and house sleepers. Richard walks slowly with a bit of a shuffle.
