VHS Parade of Champions 3/25

Venice High School along with the City of Venice will host a “Parade of Champions” on Saturday, March 25 at 11:30 a.m. in downtown Venice.

 

VHS will be celebrating the Venice High Volleyball Team’s 2023 Class 7A State Championship, along with 2 VHS students who captured state swimming titles, Maeve Eckerman and Amadeusz Knop.

 

The parade will step off at Venice High at 11:30 a.m. and travel west on Milan Ave., north on Nokomis Ave., west on Venice Ave., and north on Nassau St. to the Gazebo in Centennial Park.  

 

The parade will include Venice Fire and Police vehicles. School officials and City dignitaries will speak at a program to follow in the park.

 

Come out March 25 and support the athletic accomplishments of VHS, wear your green and show your Venice pride!
