NPPD utilizes chemical agents to get a man with multiple warrants to surrender from the attic of a home

NPPD: On Thursday, members of the Special Enforcement Team (SET) attempted to serve multiple arrest warrants for Castelow Steen after a tip came in that he was hiding out in North Port. Steen was located in the 3200 block of Penelope Terrace and upon sight of law enforcement, he fled into a residence. Several hours of communication were attempted but he failed to comply. Evidence of Steen hiding in the attic was discovered, so additional resources were called in to safely remove him. Members of the Special Response Team (SRT) again attempted contact with Steen with no success. Chemical agents were deployed into the attic. Steen surrendered without further incident or injury.
