Subject: Businesses without Masks

What to do when I arrive at a restaurant for carry out order and find patrons sitting without masks. Then I notice that there is no sign on the door requiring masks as I have seen in so many establishments.

I noted while I was waiting to the order taker that people were not wearing masks. No response.

Do I report this? To whom? Who enforces the law requiring masks?
