Detectives need your help identifying the man seen in these photos. On July 8 shortly after 2:00 a.m., a confrontation occurred in the area of N. Washington Boulevard and Myrtle Street in Sarasota. The suspect displayed a handgun and threatened to shoot the victim before fleeing the area in a black 4-door Chevy Sonic. He appeared to be 18 to 25 years old, 5’7” to 5’10” tall, last seen wearing a long-sleeve “Champion” shirt, plaid pants and white shoes. ATTEMPT TO IDENTIFY: Suspect wanted for Aggravated Assault that occurred on July 8 near US 301 & Myrtle St. He is around 18-25 years old, 5’7” to 5’10,” athletic build, and fled the area in a black 4-door Chevy Sonic.
