In the viral video circulating on social media, comedians from the Saudi show “Studio 22” dress as Biden and Kamala Harris to give a mock presidential address in which Biden continually forgets his lines and frequently falls asleep.
The show is “broadcast on the Saudi government-owned television conglomerate MBC,” according to the New York Post.
“We’re going to talk about the crisis in Africa,” the Biden character says, quickly being corrected by Harris that the topic is Russia.
The Biden actor later says, “Listen to me…I have a very important message for you. The message is…” before he falls asleep mid-sentence.
Biden concludes his speech by thanking everyone, before again falling asleep and needing Harris to catch him before he slumps onto the floor.
The skit confirms what many have long suspected, that the US is seen as a laughingstock by other countries for having a dementia-ridden geezer at the helm whose numerous gaffes and blunders on the world stage are perceived as weakness and are fit for ridicule.
The video has racked up over 4.9 million views on Twitter as of writing.
