Unbelievable: CDC Hurricane Preparedness Tips Urge People to Get Vaccinated

A CDC advisory bizarrely tells people in Tropical Storm Henri’s path to get jabbed in preparation for the storm.

 

The absurd advice appears in the CDC’s tips for “Preparing for a Hurricane or Tropical Storm.”

 

The site has evidently undergone a coronavirus make-over since 2020 and now instructs individuals “preparing for a hurricane” to run out and get jabbed.

 

 

“Get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as you can. COVID-19 vaccines help protect you from getting sick or severely ill with COVID-19 and may also help protect people around you,” the page now states.

 

 

Links on the page to additional preparedness tips tell people in the path of a potentially life-threatening hurricane to remember to wear masks and practice social distancing.

 

“When you check on neighbors and friends, be sure to follow social distancing recommendations (staying at least 6 feet from others) and other CDC recommendations to protect yourself and others,” the site now states.

 

A page update also now tells people evacuating their homes as a result of torrential downpours and catastrophic flooding to remember to pack hand sanitizer.

 

“Prepare a ‘go kit’ with personal items you cannot do without during an emergency. Include items that can help protect you and others from COVID-19, such as hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol, bar or liquid soap, disinfectant wipes (if available), and multiple, well-fitting masks for each person,” new info recently added to the page states, adding that “Masks should have two or more layers.”
