Sarasota County is committed to providing the best possible experience for its Public Utilities customers. As part of its dedication to continually update and improve the county’s technology and infrastructure, it is replacing the existing H2O2GO online payment system with a new system called Paymentus.

✅ Watch Sarasota County Public Utilities’ Director Mike Mylett explain the new Paymentus System in our video announcement here.

Paymentus provides some of the same options as the previous payment system, but with many added benefits:

  • Safe and highly secure online accounts.
  • Quick phone payments using a credit card or debit card.
  • Viewable online credit card information.
  • Viewable payment history and account balance.
  • Monthly autopayments.
  • Paperless billing.
  • Bill-pay reminders.
  • Management and payment of multiple accounts.

Paymentus also uses a more secure system that is ADA-compliant and offers an extra level of security for customers wishing to pay online.

Customers may begin creating accounts and making payments in Paymentus on Sept. 8.  For more information click — >>> here

IMPORTANT: Beginning Oct. 4, Sarasota County will no longer accept new accounts in H2O2GO. The system will be discontinued entirely on Nov. 19. If you already pay online using H2O2GO debit card or credit card autopay, you will need to unenroll prior to opening an account with Paymentus.
