Englewood: Specific information via the different Probable Cause Affidavits on the four victims alleging that Dr. Lohstreter sexually battered them
By Francesco Abbruzzino, Publisher, The Scoop
Thomas Lohstreter has been charged with four counts of sexual assault against a disabled elderly person. According to the Probable Cause Affidavit (PCA), the victim is a resident at MCR Health in Englewood. Back in 2019 she first met Thomas, who would meet with the victim for several months in the presence of the victim’s husband.
In March of 2020 the victim went to the defendant’s office, regarding being battered. Her lips were numb and tingling. Her husband was not with her, when she went to Thomas’s office.
The victim alleges that Thomas lifted her shirt and bra, exposing her breast. Also, he pulled her pants down to her hip area. He allegedly began to manipulate her breast with his hand or what the victim deemed “groping and playing with my nipples”. Also, he allegedly pushed his groin up against her body. Once she was out of the office, she broke down in front of her husband while in the car.
Later she found out that he was no longer at MCR and discovered that FDOH suspended Thomas’s license for inappropriately touching a patient. That incident occurred in December of 2019, which you can read about via another PCA by clicking — >>> here.
