Suncoast: Tips lead to 4 arrests during search warrant – Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office

Charlotte County, FL- After many narcotics tips from neighbors, a search warrant was executed on June 16th at 5522 Papaya Drive located in Punta Gorda. Inside the residence, detectives located Enoch L. Glover Jr. (2/23/78), Jonathan A. Dick (5/21/75), and Margo Dunn (10/16/75). Additionally, Teddy J. Marshall (8/21/95) and Mikaila R. I. McGinnis (8/14/98) were located outside in a shed.
During the search of the residence, members of the Narcotics unit located approximately 2.5 grams of crystalline substance testing positive for Methamphetamine, and a total of 27.7 grams of wax-like substance testing positive for THC. There were a total of twenty-nine very small, separate, wax paper packages of the wax-like substance inside two separate bags. One bag contained 15 of these wax paper packages and the other contained 14. Based on training and experience, the packaging is consistent with narcotics sales.
Within the home, multiple syringes, scales, and smoking devices were located consistent with the use and sale of narcotics.
Inside the shed, where Mikaila Mcginnis and Teddy Marshall were located, the Narcotics unit located a total of 0.9 grams of loose crystalline substance testing positive for Methamphetamine. A smoking device and bag with Methamphetamine residue, and electric digital scale were also collected from the shed.
Margo L. Dunn obtained the following charges:
- Possession with Intent to Sell (THC)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (THC)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Mikaila Mcginnis obtained the following charges:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Teddy J. Marshall obtained the following charges:
- Possess Controlled Substance Without Prescription
- Drug Paraphernalia – Possession or Use Of
Jonathan A. Dick obtained the following charges:
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Enoch L. Glover Jr. was issued a Notice to Appear for the Methamphetamine pipe that was located in plain view of the area in which he resides.
