Sarasota Police Recognize Marine Patrol Officer, Snorkel Catell

SPD: To honor our long-standing partnership with Marina Jack Yacht Basin, Chief DiPino had the unique opportunity to recognize resident Marina canine, Snorkel Louise Catell, as an honorary Marine Patrol Officer today! Snorkel will be known as Marine 63 from this day forward!
