One year we had all are presents taken as kids. My dad moved back to Italy and cut off communications with us. So, my mom was working three jobs to take care of us four kids. Needless to say, after the presents were taken, my mom did not have any money to buy new presents. Even though it sucked at the time, the kids will get through it just like my sisters and I did.
