An 11-year-old from North Port got himself in some trouble, after sending a few threatening texts out to people, referencing Hitler and Ted Bundy.

The SCSO arrested the child after he sent the message out to two friends.  At first the friends thought it was a joke, however the police found no humor in it at all.   Some of the text stated:

“If Hitler is alive, I need him to bomb Woodland. Hitler is king. And Ted Bundy is God. If Hitler comes to Woodland it would be a great day.”

“Auschwitz America is hopefully gonna be a real thing.”

These are only two of a few texts that were sent out.  The kids attend Woodland Middle School, which is referenced in the first text.  A mother of one of the friends noted that the child that sent the threatening text had some mental and behavioral issues.

The child who I have not name, has been named by some of the local news outlets.

I am sure the local outlets will put out a video report of this later, so once it comes out later today, I will post it on this page.  If rechecking from your cell phone, you may need to refresh your browser to see the update.
