SILVER ALERT Harold “Buddy” Legrand was last seen this morning leaving his residence
Harold “Buddy” Legrand left his residence on Sao Paulo Dr, Punta Gorda, FL this morning in a 2003 4-door white Mitsubishi Lancer (FL Tag Z6RDQ).His wife advised the front passenger door is damaged. He was last seen wearing Beige shorts and an unknown color t-shirt. Harold left his residence with his black and white Pekingese to go to the veterinarian but never made it.
