A Venice man (Frankilin Pancek) has been charged with false imprisonment and some other crimes, after he kidnapped a man out of North Port on Tuesday.  This came after the SCSO received a few calls regarding a man that was on River Road.  His hands and ankles were zip tied, along with tape around his neck.  He appeared to have been beaten up with abrasions and lacerations all over his body.

According to the PCA, the victim said that he was kidnapped at gun point by two woman (Stephanie D. and Melissa A.) and a unknown male at the Mayakka Mobile Home Park.  The three brought the victim to Frank Pancek, who was at Stephani’s home in Venice.  Frank threatened to kill and rape the victim.  The victim escaped and that is when the SCSO found him on River Road.

Frank was arrested and charged as indicated below.  I could not find any information on why Stephanie and Melissa were not arrested.
