The story about the arrest of Greg McClure is being covered by a couple MSM’s, so I thought I would write about his arrest. You may recall his name from the 10.13.20 arrest report. To most of us that know the area, it was basically just another drug bust in Nokomis. The arrest information is below:

You may recall Greg’s name from his arrest over ten years ago, when he was arrested for vehicular homicide. He got out of jail about nine years ago, after spending 10 years behind bars for that crime and apparently spent his time behind bars learning about the drug trade.
He was stopped the other day for some traffic violation, when the officer noticed Greg was trying to put something down his pants and in-between his butt crack. The police pulled it out and discovered some crack, in his crack. ?
NOTE: All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. To obtain court disposition for those facing state charges you can contact the Sarasota Clerk of Court at 941.861.7400.
