BPD: DNA IDs Suspect in School Break-in: Joshua Wilbar, 43, has been charged with burglarizing Saint Stephen’s Episcopal School. Video captured Wilbar on the school’s campus on Sunday, November 2, 2025 – the same day the concession stand and maintenance shed were broken into. DNA found on items at the scene linked Wilbar to the crime. He is already behind bars on unrelated burglary charges.
