Charlotte County man accused of drug possession after search warrant execution – GC News

CCSO: Yesterday the Narcotics Unit served a search warrant with the assistance of SWAT, Traffic, and Community Policing Units. During the search of the residence, detectives located crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, numerous scales, and plastic baggies consistent with drug dealing. At the conclusion of the search warrant, the main suspect, Thomas Clemens 10-28-1978 was placed under arrest. While being detained on scene, detectives located crack cocaine in Clemens’ front pocket. Clemens was transported to the Charlotte County Jail on charges of Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting an Officer without violence.
