Another arrest for illegal dumping on the Suncoast

Remember when we told you less than two weeks ago that we don’t tolerate illegal dumping in our county? Well, apparently someone didn’t get the message!

Meet Angel Alberto Concepcion (5/3/1984). Concepcion has been working as a windshield replacement technician across multiple counties in Southwest Florida, including Charlotte County. Through investigation, it was determined that Concepcion has been dumping the old or damaged windshields – approximately 250 in total – on a vacant lot on Taylor Rd. in Punta Gorda. When questioned by (you guessed it) Det. Traniello, Concepcion confessed and was placed under arrest on felony litter charges.
