CASE UPDATE – ATTEMPT TO LOCATE WITNESSES: BPD’s Traffic Homicide Investigators continue reviewing video from the July 7th fatal crash at the intersection of 59th St W and 42nd Ave. They would like to speak with potential witnesses, which may include the occupants of the truck and the man in these photos – and anyone else who may have been in the area shortly before or after 10:16 p.m. when the crash occurred. Investigators believe Milton S. May, 52, was intoxicated when he drove his truck eastbound on 42nd Ave W into the path of a motorcycle traveling north on 59th St W. As a result of the collision, the passenger on the motorcycle suffered fatal injuries, while the motorcycle operator remains in the ICU. May was arrested for DUI manslaughter and DUI causing serious bodily injury.
