Suncoast: Several riders were thrown from horses during a beach tour excursion on Saturday

BPD: Shortly after 11 a.m. February 1, officers responded to a report of horses running eastbound on the Palma Sola Causeway. Seven horses owned by Carousel Sea Horses were beginning a beach ride near the 8400 block of Manatee Ave. W. when the guide’s horse was spooked. The other horses also became frightened. All the riders were then thrown off or jumped from their horses. EMS transported two riders to a local hospital for evaluation for possible neck and arm injuries. A short time later, the horses were corralled behind a home in the 7800 block of Manatee Ave. W. and then secured in the company’s trailer. BPD provided traffic control and documented the incident. This is not a criminal investigation.

NOPE. There is not a dangerous serial killer/child abductor/graffiti artist named Jaden Williams terrorizing Bradenton. The man pictured is Shannon Depararro Atkins, recently arrested for making threats against the President.
