North Port releases Annual Report, “Celebrating 65 years”

NORTH PORT, FL – With a continued emphasis on transparency and accountability, the City of North Port has released its Annual Report for the fiscal year 2023-24. The digital publication comprehensively overviews the City’s achievements and milestones across departments.
The Annual Report, “Celebrating 65 Years,” goes beyond simply documenting achievements. It provides a comprehensive narrative of both past successes and a forward-looking vision for the City, which celebrated its 65th birthday on June 18, 2024. The report offers readers an insightful overview of North Port’s organizational progress, departmental milestones and financial performance.
“Our Annual Report captures the spirit of our city’s resilience and progress. It’s more than just data – it’s a testament to the dedicated City team whose hard work and commitment truly make North Port extraordinary,” North Port City Manager Jerome Fletcher said.

This is North Port’s second Annual Report. The inaugural publication for fiscal year 2022-23 earned an Outstanding Award from the Florida Municipal Communicators Association (FMCA) as the top annual report in the state.
