DRC relocating to Venice Community Center 12/16

The Disaster Recovery Center currently located at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium, 801 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, will be relocating to the Venice Community Center, 326 Nokomis Ave. S. on Venice island. Operations at the Venice Community Center will begin Monday, Dec. 16, and run through Jan. 10. The relocated DRC will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The final day of operation at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium will be Dec. 14. 

The deadline to apply for FEMA Individual Assistance is Jan. 7. The DRC at the Venice Community Center will remain open until Jan. 10 for community members to ask questions about their applications.
