United Way’s 211 hotline helping the SWFL community

I am sharing this to show how much United Way helps local communities. The Sarasota County commission stopped sending funds to them because they contributed to some organizations that support abortions. That in turn led to no funding for 211. Also, organization that received funding from United Way were defunded because of their connection to UW. Hugh Culverhouse came in and saved 211 with funding, but it will not last forever.
