BPD: SCAM ALERT! According to the Social Security Administration Office of the Inspector General, criminals are impersonating SSA OIG agents and requesting that victims meet them to hand off cash. SSA agents will NOT pick up money at your door or ask to meet in person to make an exchange. NEVER exchange money or funds of any kind with any individual who claims to be an SSA OIG agent.
