1 person hospitalized after Sarasota shooting; police searching for suspect – WTSP

1/20/24 UPDATE: This is now a death investigation. The victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital on Friday.
We’re looking for public assistance from anyone who was at the scene and witnessed the shooting.
Detectives would like to speak with all persons at the scene, including the person wearing glasses and a tie-dye shirt who spoke with a uniformed police officer.
