Humphris Park at the South Jetty reopened 12/19
Francesco Abbruzzino, The Uncensored Report, LLC
City of Venice Public Works staff have made repairs at Humphris Park at the South Jetty following this past weekend’s storm activity, and have reopened the park at 2000 Tarpon Center Dr. to the public. A reminder that although the parking lot and Jetty Jacks concession at Humphris Park are open, the South Jetty walkway is still closed due to pedestrian hazards and other damage from Hurricane Idalia. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers is scheduled to transport rocks to the site and begin work on the project next year.
