UPDATE: Due to the mass amount of debris cleanup, southbound I-75 from mile marker 180-183 (Sumter Blvd. exit area) is still very slow going. Continue to take an alternate route if traveling in the area.
 
An early morning semi trailer fire has caused significant slowing of I-75 beginning at mile marker 183 southbound (near the Sumter Blvd. exit). Choose an alternate route or use caution when traveling through the area. Fire is contained, no injuries.
