Inmate kills another inmate at Sarasota County Correction Facility

Zachary K. Ellis as you can see below from the arrest report on 4.17, has been arrested on a domestic violence issue. However, while at Sarasota County lockup, Zachary allegedly killed another inmate and will be charged with second degree murder. As of this morning, the county is only showing the domestic charge. Once more information comes out, I will post it on this page.
