CHARLOTTE COUNTY ARREST INVOLVES UNUSUAL ALLEGATION OF SEXUAL CONTACT WITH THE FAMILY DOG
Francesco Abbruzzino, The Uncensored Report, LLC
I’m not sure what to make of this one.
Malia Nummerdor was arrested in Charlotte County and booked on a charge identified in the booking record as Sexual Contact With an Animal, listed as a felony-level offense.
According to allegations documented in a probable-cause affidavit, Nummerdor’s estranged husband, Erik, told authorities that he believed she had engaged in sexual activity involving the family dog. The affidavit also states that he reported having photographic and video evidence.
The affidavit further describes video evidence that investigators reportedly reviewed. According to the affidavit, the footage allegedly showed Nummerdor nude from the waist down near the dog, which investigators described as being consistent with sexual activity.
The affidavit states that Nummerdor was shown the video and denied that any sexual activity had occurred, reportedly telling investigators that she was simply lying with the dog.
To be clear, these are allegations contained in the probable-cause affidavit and statements attributed to the estranged husband. They are not a finding of guilt. Nummerdor is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
The booking record lists the charge as: 828.126(2) – Sexual Contact With Animal Level: Felony
The allegations in this case are certainly unusual. Sometimes a booking record makes you stop and read it twice.
Prior to my posting her pic, notice of the arrest and the Probable Cause Affidavit have been floating all around Facebook this morning w some trying to post in my Francesco Abbruzzino- The Scoop Group. So, they are out there if you want to search them out.
