Two individuals were recently sentenced on narcotics related charges from 2024 and early 2025.

On April 24, 2026, W/M Colin Tardiff 04/25/67 pled no contest on all four cases stemming from four undercover operations where the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit purchased a total of 1.3 grams of Crack Cocaine, 30 Xanax pills, 10 Oxycodone pills, and 7.8 grams of Fentanyl. Tardiff sold Crack Cocaine, Xanax pills, Oxycodone pills, and Fentanyl to undercover detectives during the months of April 2024 and May 2024 on four separate occasions.

Tardiff was sentenced to 17 years in the Florida Department of Corrections on all four cases.

On May 4, 2026, B/M Kenneth Fordham 10/25/87 pled no contest on all three cases stemming from three undercover operations where the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit purchased a total of 114 grams (4 ounces) of Cocaine. Fordham sold Cocaine to undercover detectives during the months of December 2024 and January 2025 on three separate occasions.

Fordham was sentenced to 12 years in the Florida Department of Corrections on all three cases.
