Sarasota TikTok influencer charged with 15 counts of possessing child porn

Detectives with the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) arrested a Sarasota man, Wednesday, May 6, following an investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

On April 30, 2026, patrol deputies responded to a call for service involving a suspect possibly being in possession of CSAM. The suspect was identified as 18-year-old Mason Hull.

Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit responded to review the evidence and conduct interviews. Based on training and experience, investigators determined the materials appeared to contain links to websites used to obtain CSAM, as well as conversations discussing payment for files. Hull’s mobile device was seized at the conclusion of the interview to obtain a search warrant.

On May 6, 2026, a signed arrest warrant was obtained charging Hull with 15 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material following the forensic examination of his mobile phone. This device contained images and videos depicting female children between the ages of 8 and 15 years old. Members of the Tactical Unit (TAC) located Hull in the parking lot of his residence later that day and took him into custody.

This investigation highlights SCSO’s commitment to protecting children and aggressively pursuing those who exploit them. The coordinated efforts of the Patrol, ICAC, and TAC Units allowed this investigation and arrest to be executed without incident.

Mason Hull, Lives in Sarasota and states that his job is being an influencer.

18-year-old TikTok influencer Mason Hull, better known as Hullo, built one of the most recognizable brands in looksmaxxing — a subculture built around optimizing your physical appearance. With 343,000 followers, nearly 13 million likes, and a paid coaching program charging $24.97 a month, he was considered the face of self-improvement content online.

Then on May 2nd, 2026, his ex-girlfriend Via posted screenshots to her TikTok Story claiming she broke up with Mason after discovering he had been purchasing obscene illegal material from approximately three different sources. One screenshot allegedly showed Mason messaging a seller with a budget of “$25 max” and asking to pay via PayPal or Venmo. Via also posted what she claimed was a recorded phone call in which Mason reportedly admitted to purchasing the material once and said he felt guilty — while she insisted it happened multiple times.

Mason responded vaguely, called it “misled information,” and promised a video that never came.

Two days later, JiDion of EDP Watch tracked Mason down in Sarasota alongside activist Alex Rosen and confronted him on camera. During the confrontation, Mason appeared to nod along to questions about whether he had downloaded and deleted content — and reportedly confirmed the most serious part of the accusations.

On May 6th, 2026, EDP Watch confirmed Mason Hull had been formally charged with 15 counts of possession of obscene material involving a minor in Sarasota, Florida. A mugshot was released. JiDion called for the maximum sentence, claiming Mason had also been on prior probation. via Joseph Morris
