This afternoon, our crews worked alongside our agency partners, Charlotte County Sheriffโs Deputies, Charlotte County Fire & EMS Rescue 13, and Aeromed 5, to assist a 9-year-old dog bite victim in Englewood. We secured a safe landing zone for Aeromed 5 to transport the patient to Tampa General Hospital.
While the flight crew cared for their patient, Captain Jacobs offered comfort and support by leading a prayer with the childโs mother and our crew. Moments like these remind us how powerful compassion and teamwork can be. โค๏ธ
