This was a super-not-awkward story that WINK broke a few days ago, which I managed to miss, but thankfully someone brought it to my attention today. Here is a summary of the story, with a link to read it for yourself or perhaps just listen to their video report.

Christopher Constance, a Charlotte County Commissioner, found himself in a pickle after the Charlotte County IT department discovered some, ahem, ‘artistic’ photos of women on his work computer. DSK Law was hired to investigate the allegations, and they came back with a report, ‘yep, the commissioner violated workplace policies with those photos.’ You can read all about it by clicking their report –>>; here

The investigation found that the commissioner had a bunch of explicit images on his work computer, including a full-frontal nude shots of women. But here’s the kicker: Commissioner Constance is a plastic surgeon, so DSK added that perhaps some of those photos were for work?’ Um, sure, because that’s exactly what you want to be looking at on a county commissioner’s laptop, which should only be used for county related matters. Shouldn’t the commissioner be uploading those photo’s onto the laptop he uses for plastic surgery?

In the end, the commission chairman, Joseph Tiseo, disagreed with DSK’s findings and stated that there was no violation of Charlotte County rules and regulations here, rejecting the findings.
