CCSO: The pictured individual, Michael Williams (07/09/1991) is being sought following an isolated shooting incident that occurred last night, October 10, at Luther Apartments in Punta Gorda. After an argument at that location, Williams shot the victim and fled prior to law enforcement arrival.The victim suffered a non-life-threatening injury.
