Venice: Pinebrook Road lane closure 10/1

Following the completion of a City of Venice utility capital improvement project, contractor Andrew Sitework has scheduled their paving subcontractor to perform milling and paving (asphalt restoration) work within Pinebrook Road on Wednesday, Oct. 1.

The work will begin at 9 a.m. and should be completed by 2 p.m. It will be located within the outer southbound lane and bike lane of Pinebrook Rd. just north of Kilpatrick Road. The southbound inner lane and sidewalk will remain open to traffic.

During the work, large equipment and machinery will be within the road right-of-way. Motorists are to follow posted traffic control signs. Please drive slowly, use caution, and watch out for pedestrians and workers.
