Three face drug charges after arrest in Port Charlotte – GC News

On Thursday morning, our Narcotics Unit with the assistance of our SWAT, Traffic, Aviation, K9, and Road Patrol Units, served a search warrant at 20329 Astoria Ave. in Port Charlotte. After several tips and a full investigation, Narcotics detectives were able to locate the prime suspect, Mohamed Rahim (11/17/1994). Two other suspects were also located: Megan Brelsford (01/16/1984) and Fernando Ortigoza (01/09/1972).
Trafficking amounts of fentanyl and methamphetamine were found throughout the residence as well as numerous other narcotics. Rahim, Brelsford, and Ortigoza were all arrested and transported to the Charlotte County Jail on the following charges:
