NPPD: Help us locate this missing teen. 14-year-old Brandon Spence left the area of the 1000 block of Jonah Drive recently. He’s 5’9 and has brown hair, blue eyes and has braces. He is believed to be wearing the same clothing as the picture (red skull cap, black hoodie and blue jeans).
