Suncoast:  Help police locate a suspect in the disappearance of an electric bike

At 4:54 pm on October 28, 2022, this suspect removed a black E 36 Electric Bicycle valued at $1000.00 from the front of Goodwill at 24123 Peachland Boulevard in Port Charlotte.

He has what appears to be medium-length dreadlocks and tattoos on his left arm and hand as well as the right side of his neck. The suspect is possibly out of Texas.
