Man passes away after crashing his moped overnight in Venice

Last night just before 11:30 pm, a 72-year-old man crashed his moped. The crash occurred on Pine View Dr in Venice. According to the FHP, as the moped rider slowed down turning the moped, it turned on its side. The man died on the scene.
