MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT
49-year-old Richard Martins was last seen this morning around 8:30 in the area of Shorepoint Hospital in Port Charlotte. Richard does not have a cell phone and was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a t-shirt, color unknown.
