Venice woman is arrested after running around town naked and eventually spitting in an officers mouth

Malwina Bartulkska finds herself in some hot water after getting arrested earlier in the week.    

It all began when she threw a juvenile against the wall and started to rip his hair out.  Prior to that, the juvenile stated that Malwina was outside and began to strip off her clothes.  Officers found Malwina naked on the other side of town, where she was being restrained by citizens.   She basically gave the same story about what took place with the juvenile.

Malwina ended up at the hospital where she acted erratic stating that she had various viruses and tried to spit on several individuals.  An officer was trying to hold her down on the bed at one point, when Malwina ripped off his mask and spit into his mouth.  The police got a warrant to extract blood from Malwina, due her spitting in the officer’s mouth and stating that she has various viruses.

She was hauled off to jail where she threw punches and fought the officers.  There are four separate Probable Cause Affidavits that I utilized to summarize what happened.
