Sarasota Sheriff is advising the public that Todd Matusik,has registered as a Sexual Offender in Sarasota

Matusik was convicted in 2001 in Manatee County of Lewd or Lascivious Act with a Child under 16 Years Old and sentenced to five years of probation. In 2016, he failed to meet sexual offender registration requirements and served four years in prison. Matusik was recently released and reports his address is 3250 Lexington Street in Sarasota. He is not currently under the supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections, and because the original offense took place prior to 2004, residency restrictions do not apply.
