Teenage motorcyclist passes away after a crash on Monday in Englewood

On Monday night a teenager was involved in a fatal crash in Englewood. The 16-year-old struck an SUV on S. McCall Road, around 9 pm on Monday. The young teen was brought to Lee Memorial Hospital, but unfortunately, he passed away yesterday. Due to Marsy’s law the FHP will not be releasing the names of the victims, but they did confirm that the teenager was wearing a helmet.
