Systems failures lead to two separate sewage leaks in Sarasota

We’re thankful for our dedicated #SRQCounty staff who continue to maintain our beautiful county through the holiday weekend and #socialdistancing. Right before the long weekend, crews responded to a leaking ARV in the 5700 block of Swift Road. Staff quickly isolated the malfunctioning valve to stop the spill and recovered all 100 gallons of sewage that escaped. No bodies of water were impacted and the ARV was replaced.
