#FugitiveFriday: We are looking for 30-year-old Ty Dareen Hayes, currently wanted for Kidnapping, False Imprisonment and multiple counts Battery. He has several prior local arrests including charges for Burglary and Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon. Hayes is 6’5″ tall, weighs 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
