North Port man arrested on charges of promoting sexual performance by a child

An update from the search warrant this morning in the 1600 block of Wasilla Street. Kyle Schultz (9/12/1987) was arrested and charged with 1 count of promoting sexual performance by a child and 2 counts of possession of an image/video of sexual performance by a child. The case is still active pending further investigation to determine if additional charges would be forthcoming.
