!! MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT !!
78-year-old Michael H. Harder left his residence on Santa Clara Drive in Harbour Heights around 11:30 this morning. Michael left on a blue bicycle and was heading to the church thrift store on Harbourview Road. Michael never made it to the thrift store and does not have his cell phone on him.
He was last seen wearing a yellow or orange shirt, blue shorts, orange and black tennis shoes, and a baseball cap.
