State will not pursue charges against a convicted North Port sexual predator (Tim Rice), after alleged improprieties at an Englewood pool two years ago

Individuals may recall the story below, which was broken by the Scoop after I was contacted by an individual that was at the pool in Englewood.  If memory serves me right, individuals at the North Port pool came forward with some concerns and then Tim took off to Texas.   I believe he was extradited back to North Port.

 

 

Well as you can see from this letter which was sent to a parent whose child was an alleged victim of Tm Rice that day at the Englewood pool, received a letter from the state stating they are unable to move forward with the charges against Tim Rice.

 

 

Tim Rice will remain on the sex offender listing since he was convicted of a sexual crime against children.  That information is below.
